Summer is just around the corner. And people are having hard time to trim down their body for their bikini season because of the Christmas season we had weeks ago. So, some ladies turn their heads to look for some fitspiration.

Shopper's Guide made a poll which who their readers think which female celebrities has the best summer body.

Ellen Adarna



Starting off this list is Ellen Adarna, who is a certified heartthrob with her porcelain white skin and fabulous figure.


To keep her body in tip-top shape, Ellen works out from the comfort of her own home. She does Zumba, yoga, boxing, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). She opts for healthy, unprocessed food and drinks lots of fruit and vegetable juice daily.


Jennylyn Mercado

Moms can be sexy too, the best proof of which is 29-year old multi-awarded actress and Kapuso star Jennylyn Mercado. 


Since 2004, Jennylyn has figured prominently in FHM Philippines’ List of 100 Sexiest Women in the World. The secret to her enviable figure is a very active lifestyle and eating healthy most of the time. She does biking, yoga, plana forma, Balintawak Eskrima (Filipino martial arts), Pilates, running, and swimming



Jinri Park



Korean beauty Jinri Park has won the hearts of Filipinos, as shown in her rankings in FHM Philippines’ list of 100 Sexiest Women in the World for five consecutive years. 


Though she is a self-confessed foodie, Jinri follows a strict lacto-vegetarian diet with no meat, eggs, poultry, or fish. She keeps fit by hitting the gym three times a week and does core and caveman training.



Sarah Lahbati



Sarah sums up her fitness philosophy by saying that workouts should be fun. She does boxing, muay thai (Thai combat sports), and strength training.


Sam Pinto


Sam Pinto, another former PBB housemate, lands sixth in our poll. The 27-year-old actress and model has been named the Sexiest Woman in the World by FHM Philippines in 2011 and 2012. 


The key to her toned physique is everyday exercise and eating healthy food. Sam also shares that surfing keeps her fit since it’s a full-body workout. It seems she has embraced the surfer lifestyle.

Janine Gutierrez



Janine Gutierrez made a buzz last year when she posed as a calendar girl for gas company Petron. The photos show off her long legs and toned abs, marking her transition from her sweet, girl-next-door image to a sultrier, more mature aura.


A combination of pilates, yoga, and cardio helps Janine maintain her physique. She tries to eat healthy as much as possible but admits to having a weakness for fast food.



Angel Locsin



Following advice from her doctors to avoid strenuous activities, Angel came to a mutual decision with ABS-CBN and Star Cinema not to take on the role. 


Angel makes exercise a part of her life by doing cardio, weights, hiking, and scuba diving. Now that she has recovered from her spine surgery, Angel is proud to have hiked six mountains in three weeks.


Liza Soberano



Not only is Liza Soberano one of the most beautiful faces in Philippine showbiz, she also has a summer-ready body


Liza keeps her body toned by doing side crunches. She also loves running and enjoys mixed martial arts.




Pia Wurtzbach



Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is a real pro when it comes to showing off her curves. 


Pia keeps her body bikini-worthy by doing a lot of weight training and some light cardio exercises. As for her diet, she goes for protein-rich foods but eats out for sushi or pizza sometimes.



Nadine Lustre


Taking the top spot is Viva Princess Nadine Lustre, whose body became a hot topic ever since she posted her bikini pics online. The 23-year-old star of Till I Met You is the other half of the popular JaDine love team together with her co-star and real-life boyfriend James Reid. With a number of films, TV shows, endorsements, and an album under her belt, Nadine’s star continues to shine as proven by her win at the 2017 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards for favorite Pinoy star.


Recently, Nadine flaunted her enviable figure yet again by wearing lingerie in a photo shoot for Luster, her upcoming perfume line. While she has admitted that she does not have a strict diet, Nadine does work out and goes boxing.



SOLENN HEUSSAFF



She and her brother, Erwan, didn't start getting into unhealthy habits until they went to a camp at around 8 years old. "They were forcing us to finish our food kasi (because) it's not polite to leave your food on the table.I don't know, I just got used to eating a lot" she recounted.

"If looking hot is what drives you to start working out, that's okay. But that can't be the only thing that keeps you going, because it's very hard to sustain. I love getting inspiration from my parents, who make me want to be as fit as they are when I'm in my 60s, and I like prioritizing how I feel on the inside. I know that if I stop exercising, I'll feel sluggish and weak, and to me, feeling strong has become more important than having abs," 


ARCI MUÑOZ


 Arci Muñoz is one to watch. Exercise makes us healthier and, especially for a career in both acting and singing where we are practically on call 24/7, it’s very important to work out once a week at the very least for health. I’m asked to do some roles, many of which I can only pull off if I’m fit. I’m not pressured to be in top shape by anyone else but myself.


My current fitness goal is to gain a little weight but to stay lean and toned. I’ll have to be stricter and a lot more serious about my workouts. I was never that serious but I plan to be now. I want to be lean and fit.

“Nagbubuhat kasi ako ng weights sa gym, e. Yung binibuhat ko, nasa 150 pounds kaya talagang papayat ako. Mahilig talaga akong kumain, e. Yun talaga happiness ko and kung gusto ko magrelax. Gusto ko kumakain sa labas pero actually, kaya talaga ako nagbubuhat kasi para makakain ako. Hindi ako nagka-cardio. So yun na yung pangmaintain ko.”

Well, just to inform some of you 'PERFECT' people. We all come in different sizes and shapes but that shouldn't stop us from being happy with our own bodies,"
